Rose Marie Raccioppi, MS, FABI, founder and President of APOGEE™ Learning Enhancement Training Systems, Attunement Therapy™, Acu-Tone™, and APOGEE Art™ is the Past President of the New York Association for the Learning Disabled. She is an Educational Consultant in Private Practice. With honors in Psychology and Education, Rose Marie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Cum Laude from Hunter College, Special Education Certification, St. Thomas Aquinas College and her Master of Science in Education, Bank Street College of Education, with graduate study at New York University.

Rose Marie is a Learning Disabilities Specialist, New York Certified in Common Branch Subjects, Special Education, Supervision and Administration. She holds many honors and awards for her community leadership and her service to the learning disabled. She was recognized as "New York's Outstanding Educator" by The Learning Disabilities Association of America, 1986.
